A follow-through move in developing women’s initiatives, and a union for working for the benefit of the Ukrainian society with higher quality and responsibility.
Ukrainian Muslimahs League roots back to as early as 1997, when Ukrainian Muslimahs started teaming up under the umbrella of Association “Alraid” member organisations. Later those unions mushroomed into full-scaled women’s organisations, like Maryam in Kyiv, Blohodiya in Dnipro, Nadiya in Kharkiv, etc. Their main motto since day one was the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) statement that the best of the believers is the most useful for the people.
